CRM Module

The Customer Relations Management CRM Module, is an efficient module where you can manage your customer’s personal data and check the history of their requests and /or reservations. It also allows CSV file format export for recording the data offline.

It is an effective tool when used by sales people in order to manage customer requests through having a better picture about who the customer is and about his/her previous requests and bookings. The customer’s personal data can come in handy when the sales person checks the CRM for a particular detail that might be missing in the customer’s most recent request without the need to contact the customer  for information they had previously communicated.

Creating a New Customer

Difference between End User and Request User in BookingDom

The End User is one who has already made at least one Booking or was created manually in the CRM Module. You can search for the user in the CRM using either their email address, name or surname.

While the Request User is the user who has only sent a request. They will become End Users after their first Booking or if you enter their details manually by creating a New customer or if you click on ‘Create Customer‘ button.

Once a customer is an End User, they will have a profile in the Customers’ dedicated area where they can log-in with their email address as Username and they will have already received  password. In case the customer forgets their password, they can always use the ‘Forgot your password?’ option or the sales person can send them another password by clicking on ‘Reset password’ button from the CRM Module.

Searching for a Customer

In the CRM Module, you first search for a customer :

Then you open the customer detail:

If you click on ‘Choose Rental Company’ you will get a drop-down list of the companies with whom the client has already booked or to whom he/she has sent requests.

N.B. If you have access to only ONE Rental Company, yours will be displayed and the option of choosing one from the list will be disabled.

You will see two tabs: ‘Last Booking Contact’ and  ‘Last Request contact’ with the client’s personal details such as Name and Surname, Language, Telephone and mobile number and Personal invoicing data.

Screen Shot 2014-05-07 at 17.02.07Notice that sometimes one of the two tabs is disactivated meaning that the customer has either Booked or sent a Request with the chosen Rental company. When both tabs are active, this means that the client has booked and sent requests with the chosen Rental company.


On the right side of the screen you will see your client’s history: Bookings and Requests.

For quickly contacting the customer via mail, you can use the ‘Email To’ button from the CRM Module.
